Delivery Methods

A return e-mail, which states that your credit card has been charged for your order, serves as acceptance of your offer to purchase tickets.

If tickets are for next day, same day or will call ... please enter that information in the "Special Instruction" box on the page and someone call you back with details. You can also call the seller directly .. once you've completed the order you will get a receipt shortly after in the email. The sellers number is on the bottom of the page.

Also, if you don't see an option in shipping for will call or ticketfast ... choose the least expensive option and call the seller for price adjustments on method.

All sales are final.

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. Event tickets are generally delivered according to the delivery method selected at the time of check-out. However, tickets may not always be available for immediate delivery, particularly in cases when the tickets have been purchased far in advance of the event in question. While most tickets are delivered within three business days of the delivery method chosen, this does not imply a guaranteed delivery date. Below are recommendations of shipping methods to use depending on how close or far in advance you are purchasing tickets to an event.

"Standard Expedited Delivery" Tickets are shipped using an expedited 2 – 3 day shipping service. This method of delivery can be used for most event tickets.

"Express Overnight Delivery" Tickets are shipped using an expedited 1 – 2 day shipping service. Choose this method if your event is within the next 72 hours to guarantee that your tickets will arrive in time for the event. Please be aware that if this option is required to get your tickets in time, and if you have not selected this option, we will automatically upgrade you to this service and you will be charged for the difference.

"Saturday Delivery" Tickets are shipped using an expedited 1 – 2 day shipping service. Choose this method if you are ordering on Thursday night or Friday for a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday event. Please be aware that unless specified, tickets shipped for events on Mondays may not arrive until Tuesday unless "Saturday Delivery" is selected. Please be aware that if this option is required to get your tickets in time, and you have not selected this option, we will automatically upgrade you to this service and you will be charged for the difference.

"International Express Delivery" Tickets are shipped using an expedited international delivery method. Choose this method when you are located outside of the United States by selecting your country of origin. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays that are beyond our control for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: customs delays, transit delays, and local service availability. Please allow at least 5 business days before your event for your tickets to arrive once shipped.

"Near-term Special Delivery" and "International Near-term Special Delivery" Near-term service is only offered when a shipping service is not available. When you see this delivery option as your only option, tickets will be delivered using one of the following services: email, will-call pickup, local office pickup, or courier.
